LEADERSHIP AND VALUES
The basic module "Leadership Culture and Values", which constitutes part of University of Bern’s executive education, teaches human-centered leadership behavior (appreciation, trust, fairness, etc.) and focuses on health promotion, stress management and resilience as topics.

The Personnel Office supports the personal development of managers and supervisors with a host of leadership training courses (e.g., a mentoring program), including leadership feedback and arranging for external coaches to provide executive coaching.
