Flexible working – work and life in harmony
Flexible working, living, research: With up to 50% working from home, annual working hours and modern working models, we offer flexibility and fair conditions for a healthy balance between work, private and family life.
Working Time
For a full-time position (100%), our working time is 42 hours per week, based on an annualised working-time model. Up to and including salary grade 25, working time is recorded electronically.
Working Models
We offer a wide range of part-time arrangements as well as job-sharing models. Working from home is possible for up to 50% of the workload. We see ourselves as an employer committed to good work–life balance and we support one another in aligning work and personal life.
